  • Flatbreads:
  • 4 pieces pita bread, naan also works
  • ½ cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • 2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
  • 2 green onions (white and green parts), thinly sliced
  • 1 celery rib, thinly sliced
  • Ranch Dressing:
  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt, non-fat or full fat
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 – 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp dried dill
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • ½ salt
  • 2 – 3 tbsp of water


Preheating the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit and placing one or two large baking sheets inside of it is the first step. Parchment paper should be used to line them. For the pitas, it is recommended that you use two sheets because they should not overlap with one another.

To prepare ranch dressing, you can begin by placing all of the ingredients in a small bowl and whisking them together until they are thoroughly combined. After tasting the seasonings, make any necessary adjustments to fit your preferences.

The pita should be baked for three to four minutes after two pieces of pita have been placed on each baking sheet that has been prepared.

You can keep the pita warm by reheating it in the microwave for thirty to sixty seconds if you are in a hurry; however, the pita will not be as crisp as it was before.
