Apple Cinnamon Roll Cake

Apple Cinnamon Roll Cake – this homemade cake is a perfect fall dessert so easy to prepare and it´s filled with juicy apples with buttery cinnamon brown sugar swirl and vanilla glaze drizzle over the top. Apple Cinnamon Roll Cake can be eaten for breakfast, brunch, as a coffee cake or a delicious dessert. 

INGREDIENTS

1. 2 cups all-purpose flour 2. 1/4 cup granulated sugar 3. 1 tablespoon baking powder 4. 1/2 teaspoon salt 5. 1 cup milk 6. 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted 7. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 8. 2 medium apples, peeled and thinly sliced 9. 1/4 cup brown sugar 10. 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9-inch round cake pan.

Step 2

In a bowl, mix flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, and salt.

Step 3

Stir in milk, melted butter, and vanilla until just combined.

Step 4

Spread half the batter into the prepared pan.

Step 5

Arrange apple slices over the batter, sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon.

Step 6

Spread the remaining batter over the apples and bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown.
