Baileys Chocolate Mousse Brownies

Baileys Chocolate Mousse Brownies have a brownie layer as a base that is followed by a layer of Baileys Chocolate Mousse and it’s all in one dessert. It is very delicious, easy to make and it’s perfect for St Patrick’s Day.


– 1 cup all-purpose flour – 3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder – 1/2 teaspoon baking powder – 1/4 teaspoon salt – 1 cup granulated sugar – 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted – 2 large egg – 1/4 cup Baileys Irish Cream – 1 teaspoon vanilla extract – 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chip

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x9 inch baking pan.

Step 2

In a mixing bowl, combine flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.

Step 3

In another bowl, whisk together sugar, melted butter, eggs, Baileys, and vanilla until smooth.

Step 4

Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.

Step 5

Fold in chocolate chips, then pour batter into the prepared pan, spreading evenly.

Step 6

Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with moist crumbs. Let cool before slicing and serving. Enjoy your Baileys Chocolate Mousse Brownies!
