Blueberry Cheesecake Chimichangas

Do you like chimichangas?  Have you ever tried the sweet ones with fruit? Here is your chance to try them. Chimichangas with cream cheese and blueberry sauce – a recipe for perfectly tasty Blueberry Cheesecake Chimichangas ♥


– 8 oz cream cheese, softened – 1/4 cup powdered sugar – 1 tsp vanilla extract – 1 cup blueberries, fresh or frozen – 8 (6-inch) flour tortilla – 1/4 cup granulated sugar – 1 tsp ground cinnamon – Vegetable oil, for frying

Step 1

In a bowl, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Fold in blueberries.

Step 2

Lay out tortillas and spread a generous spoonful of the cream cheese mixture onto each.

Step 3

Fold in the sides of each tortilla, then roll tightly to form chimichangas.

Step 4

In a separate shallow dish, mix granulated sugar and cinnamon.

Step 5

Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Fry chimichangas until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.

Step 6
