INGREDIENTS

– 1 cup mashed ripe banana – 1/2 cup granulated sugar – 1/4 cup vegetable oil – 1 large egg – 1 teaspoon vanilla extract – 1 cup all-purpose flour – 1 teaspoon baking powder – 1/2 teaspoon baking soda – 1/4 teaspoon salt – 1/2 cup cheesecake filling – 1/4 cup crushed graham cracker

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan.

Step 2

In a large bowl, mix mashed bananas, sugar, oil, egg, and vanilla until well combined.

Stir in flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt until just incorporated.
