Chocolate Chip Cheesecake Cookies

These cookies with cream cheese and mini chocolate chip simply melt in your mouth. Chocolate Chip Cheesecake Cookies  are simple, light and delicious, my favorite cookie recipe. 

INGREDIENTS

– 1 cup (225g) unsalted butter, softened – 1 cup (200g) granulated sugar – 1 cup (200g) packed light brown sugar – 2 large egg – 1 teaspoon vanilla extract – 3 cups (360g) all-purpose flour – 1 teaspoon baking soda – 1/2 teaspoon salt – 2 cups (340g) chocolate chip – 8 oz (225g) cream cheese, softened

Step 1

Cream together butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.

Step 2

Beat in eggs one at a time, then add vanilla extract.

Step 3

In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add to wet mixture.

Step 4

Stir in chocolate chips. Chill dough for 30 minutes.

Step 5

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Roll dough into balls.

Step 6

Flatten each ball, place a small amount of cream cheese in the center, then fold dough over. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
