Cinnamon Sugar Swirl Bread 

You can find the recipe for our favorite Cinnamon Sugar Swirl Bread, here. This perfectly soft and moist bread is made of simple ingredients that can be found in every kitchen and it’s as simple as making a swirl out of cinnamon – sugar mixture and then drizzle it with vanilla glaze.


– 3 cups all-purpose flour – 1/4 cup granulated sugar – 2 1/4 tsp active dry yeast – 1 tsp salt – 1 cup warm milk – 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted – 1 large egg – 2 tbsp ground cinnamon – 1/2 cup brown sugar

Step 1

In a bowl, mix flour, granulated sugar, yeast, and salt.

Step 2

Add warm milk, melted butter, and egg. Mix until a dough forms.

Step 3

Knead the dough on a floured surface until smooth and elastic.

Step 4

Roll out the dough into a rectangle.

Step 5

Spread cinnamon and brown sugar mixture evenly over the dough.

Step 6

Roll up the dough tightly, then place in a greased loaf pan. Let it rise until doubled, then bake at 350°F (175°C) for 30-35 minutes.
