Coconut Lemon Protein Bliss Balls

These Coconut Lemon Protein Bliss Balls are very healthy, easy to prepare and so delicious. Do you like coconut?  How about lemon? I love this combination 🙂


– 1 cup shredded coconut – 1 cup rolled oat – 1/2 cup protein powder (vanilla or unflavored) – Zest of 1 lemon – 1/4 cup lemon juice – 1/4 cup maple syrup or honey

Step 1

Combine shredded coconut, rolled oats, protein powder, and lemon zest in a bowl.

Step 2

Add lemon juice and maple syrup (or honey) to the dry ingredients.

Step 3

Mix until well combined and a sticky dough forms.

Step 4

Roll the dough into small balls using your hands.

Step 5

Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Step 6

Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving. Enjoy your Coconut Lemon Protein Bliss Balls!
