Delicious Peanut butter mug cake Recipe 

Mug peanut butter cake is smooth, moist, and fudgy. A few simple ingredients make this peanut butter microwave cake in 3 minutes.  

– 1 tablespoon unsalted butter – 3 tablespoons creamy peanut butter – 3 tablespoons sugar or maple syrup – 3 tablespoons milk – ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract – ⅛ teaspoon salt – ¼ teaspoon baking powder – 3 tablespoons all purpose flour – 2 tablespoons mini peanut butter cups or chocolate chip


Take out your preferred cup. At least 8 ounces of liquid need to fit within.  Fill the mug with the butter. 


For around twenty to thirty seconds, heat the butter in the microwave until it is completely melted. 


To incorporate the creamy peanut butter, stir or whisk it in, then add the sugar, milk, and vanilla extract respectively. 


Salt and baking powder until they are completely incorporated and smooth. Add the flour and stir until it is completely incorporated and smooth.


For those who would want to incorporate chocolate chips, micro peanut butter cups, or any other type of mix, you can do so at this time.
