Double Chocolate Cheesecake Cookies

Double Chocolate Cheesecake Cookies – cookies that all chocolate fans will love. Crunchy on the outside and soft inside with melted chocolate chips and cream cheese – OMG that sounds great! ♥


1. 1 cup all-purpose flour 2. 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder 3. 1/2 teaspoon baking powder 4. 1/4 teaspoon salt 5. 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened 6. 1/2 cup granulated sugar 7. 1/4 cup packed brown sugar 8. 1 large egg 9. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 10. 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chip 11. 4 oz cream cheese, softened 12. 1/4 cup powdered sugar

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2

In a bowl, whisk flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.

Step 3

In another bowl, beat butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until creamy. Add egg and vanilla, beat until combined.

Step 4

Gradually add flour mixture to wet ingredients, mixing until just combined. Fold in chocolate chips.

Step 5

In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.

Step 6

Scoop dough balls onto prepared baking sheet, flatten slightly, then add a dollop of cream cheese mixture to each. Bake for 10-12 minutes. Enjoy!
