It was clear that Joel Embiid was angry after the Philadelphia 76ers' heartbreaking loss to the New York Knicks at Madison Square Garden on Monday night.

With less than a minute left in the game, the Sixers were ahead 101–96. During a chaotic sequence, the Knicks made back-to-back three-pointers to take the lead.

The game was controversial because head coach Nick Nurse told reporters that he called a timeout while his team had possession before the turnover that sealed their doom.

Embiid vowed in the locker room after the loss that his team would bounce back and win the series, but he still appeared incredulous.
