Peanut Butter Cookies with Chocolate Chip and Pecans

Peanut Butter Cookies with Chocolate Chip and Pecans – cookies that take little time to prepare and even less to consume… This recipe is for all of you peanut butter fans ♥

INGREDIENTS

– 1 cup unsalted butter, softened – 1 cup creamy peanut butter – 1 cup granulated sugar – 1 cup packed brown sugar – 2 large egg – 2 teaspoons vanilla extract – 2½ cups all-purpose flour – 1 teaspoon baking powder – 1 teaspoon baking soda – ½ teaspoon salt – 1 cup chocolate chip – 1 cup chopped pecan

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.

Step 2

In a large bowl, cream together butter, peanut butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.

Step 3

Beat in eggs, one at a time, then stir in vanilla extract.

Step 4

In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture until combined.

Step 5

Fold in chocolate chips and chopped pecans until evenly distributed throughout the dough.Drop spoonfuls of dough onto prepared baking sheets and flatten slightly with a fork.  

Step 6

Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are golden brown. Allow to cool before serving. Enjoy your delicious peanut butter cookies with chocolate chips and pecans!
