Pineapple Fluff Salad

It’s fluffy, creamy and crunchy at the same time, with marshmallows melting in your mouth. Its amazing taste is both refreshing and sweet. I like recipes like this, as I can get a perfect dessert in a very short time. 

INGREDIENTS

– 1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple, drained – 1 package (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix – 1 cup mini marshmallow – 1 cup shredded coconut – 1 cup whipped topping (like Cool Whip) – 1/2 cup chopped pecans (optional)

Step 1

In a large bowl, mix together drained crushed pineapple and instant vanilla pudding mix until well combined.

Step 2

Fold in mini marshmallows and shredded coconut until evenly distributed.

Step 3

Gently fold in whipped topping until mixture is smooth and creamy.

Step 4

If using, fold in chopped pecans for added crunch.

Step 5

Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow flavors to meld.

Step 6

Serve chilled and enjoy this delightful Pineapple Fluff Salad!
