Red White and Blue Cheesecake Salad

Red White and Blue Cheesecake Salad – this perfect summer salad full of fresh blueberries, strawberries and raspberries will surely sweep you off your feet. It’s quick and easy to make, refreshing and sweet at the same time. Juicy fruits combined with cheesecake filling is a winning combination.  


– 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened – 1/4 cup granulated sugar – 1 teaspoon vanilla extract – 1 cup fresh strawberries, diced – 1 cup fresh blueberrie – 1 cup mini marshmallow – Optional: whipped cream for topping

Step 1

In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.

Step 2

 Gently fold in strawberries, blueberries, and mini marshmallows.

Step 3

Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to chill and let flavors meld.

Step 4

 Serve chilled, topped with whipped cream if desired.
