Strawberry Chia Seed Pudding

Strawberry Chia Seed Pudding is super quick and simple recipe for healthy and delicious meal.  Chia pudding is a great choice for all those who try to have a healthy diet ♥


– 1 cup of milk (dairy or plant-based) – 1/4 cup of chia seed – 1 tablespoon of honey or maple syrup – 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract – 1/2 cup of fresh strawberries, chopped – Additional strawberries for topping (optional)

Step 1

In a bowl, mix together milk, chia seeds, honey/maple syrup, and vanilla extract.

Step 2

Let the mixture sit for 5 minutes, then stir again to prevent clumping.

Step 3

Fold in the chopped strawberries.

Step 4

Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.

Step 5
